1. General
By placing an order with UK Electric Blinds, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sales unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Product Information
All blinds are made to measure and tailored to your specifications. Colours and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings and supplier changes.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as agreed. Payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other authorised services.
4. Cancellations
Orders for custom-made blinds cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to check eligibility.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the timeframe specified at checkout or quote confirmation. Delivery delays due to events beyond our control will be communicated promptly.
6. Installation
If included, installation dates will be scheduled once your blinds are ready. Please ensure the area is accessible and free of obstructions for a smooth fit.
7. Warranty
All motorised blinds come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty covers mechanical or electrical failure under normal use, but excludes accidental damage or tampering.
8. Returns & Faults
As products are custom made, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty. In the case of a fault, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for resolution.
